All prices are given in Euro and all payments must be made in Euro.
All our prices include VAT but don’t include the delivery cost ( if there is any ).
By approving these terms and conditions and confirming your order, we have a binding agreement .Once we have received your order, we will confirm your order by email.
We reserve the right to change prices during a same season.
We reserve the right not to deliver in the event that the stock level was incorrect at the time of receiving the order. Should we be unable to deliver in accordance with the terms in the confirmation of order, we will contact you and give you the opportunity to cancel the order.
Parental or guardian consent is required for customers under the age of 18. The name and telephone number of the person giving consent shall be entered in the message box at the checkout.
Centreville SPRL has the right to assert force majeure in the event of war, warlike event, civil war, revolution,government sanction, strike, lockout, blockade, natural disaster or the like. This means that the agreement will not need to be fulfilled in part or in full. Should this, contrary to expectation, occur,we would attempt to notify you.
Payments can be made using any of the methods listed in the below payments section. The total amount will be debited from your account when we have accepted your offer to purchase goods from us.

between you and us relating to the provision of goods you have offered to purchase. These conditions supersede all other proposals both aural and written. Upon ordering we are not making a legal offer to provide the goods ordered. We are inviting you to make a legal offer to us for you to purchase the goods. It is entirely at our discretion to reject or accept your offer of purchase. This agreement is only confirmed when we have accepted your offer to purchase the goods and have sent you an invoice or dispatch receipt that includes the date of the agreement being accepted which will be the date shown on said invoice or receipt.

We will not sell, trade, or rent your information to anyone. When you place an order at www.centrevillestore.com we ask for your name, email address, phone number,
billing address, shipping address, and credit card number. We use this information to fulfill the order and to communicate with you about it. We do not store your credit card details.
Our web store returns policy means that if you are not fully happy with the goods you have received, you can return them to us within 14 days of receipt, providing they are in original resalable condition. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for confirmation and agreement.
Once returned you will be entitled to receive an exchange or a refund, which will not include the cost of the original postage and packaging. Returned items that have been subject to a free shipping offer will have our delivery cost deducted from the amount refunded. We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been worn, washed or are not in original condition. Products have to be unworn, undamage, unstains and unodorable or any condition which would prevent them from being sold as new. This does not affect and is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer.
Please make sure all returned items are well packaged, as not to be damaged in the post.
Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service, as we cannot take
responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit. Please note that the above information
relates only to returns on good purchased through the www.centrevillestore.com and not at our physical retail store. Please enclose the original invoice.
ALL DISCOUNTED ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE
For hygienic reasons, underwear, socks and swimwear cannot be exchanged or refunded.
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply to the above listed criteria.
In the case of a faulty item, for example, we didn’t send the right good. We will cover the cost of the shipping. Faulty goods must be notified to us within 3 days of being received by you, and those goods must be returned to us within 14 days after approval of your return request.
In case we cannot offer you a replacement, you will receive a refund to your credit card or Paypal account, depending on the payment method you used, to the value of the item at the time of purchase and any shipping costs incurred (except return postage costs).
Please note that refunds can take up to 14 days after reception of the returned goods and are subject to our subcontractors refund regulations.
Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes won’t be refunded for shipments outside the EU. Any losses that are caused by currency fluctuations will not be refunded.
Any relevant terms and conditions, policies and notices shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium without giving effect to any principles of conflict of law.
You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the High Court of Belgium in respect of any disputes arising in connection with the website, or any relevant terms and conditions, policies and notices or any matter related to or in connection therewith.
